Here are the locations and glowing monsters you need to kill:
Skull Fragment 1:
Drops from Granite Eye The Witch Doctor in Stone Eye Fort at Puretia.
Skull Fragment 2:
Drops from Ancient City Berserker in Korhala at Ruins of Sarpaldi
Skull Fragment 3:
Drops from Steelsnarl Stronghold Iron Guard in Alentia at front of Bloodstone and to its side as shown on map.
Skull Fragment 4:
Drops from Palace of Methus in Inartia. It drops from the 3rd boss, Duskhowl The Bad Axe
Once you have collected all skull fragments,right click on them to make complete Severite's Skull. Now you have to return to the Stone Eye Fort in Puretia and a yellow dot is shown on map where to dig. This will spawn the final boss.
!WARNING!
The boss that spawns is lvl99 and hits pretty high and also takes some beating, it has about 2mil HP. Get a friend to help just to be safe.
