"" To start this treasure you have to go to the fisrt city of Alentia and on the on of the towers at night will spawn NPC Fuzora.

Talk with her and she will give you buff for 2 days.
After you got this buff go do road events untill night is still on and farm them till your enemies will be skeletons, they will drop you Wortak's Ring:
If you got the Ring you have to move to Korhala and find Public Event "King of The Immortals" localization for event:
Go there and kill mummies untill they'll drop you "Caromunds Magic Potion".
WARRNING! You can't use potion before you will get to the last step! If you'll use it earlier all work will be wasted and you will have to farm it again!
Now if you dropped potion you have to go to Deyarka Tunnel. Enter there and use potion. Use it AFTER you entered to the dungeon! It will change you into skeleton for 5 minutes.
Now in Deyarka Tunnel you have to find mob named "Ancient Enchatntress Caromund":

Talk with her and she will give you "The Skeleton Key":
Now you can leave dungeon and find party to kill Lokfear to get his chest. After you got Lokfear's chest right click on key and choose option "Try to use Skeleton Key" and choose option to use it on Lokfear's chest. This will transform your chest into Caromund's Treasure Chest. Now you can open it(to open it you need to have 15 free slots in you backpack).
